In this guide, you will find everything there is to know about visiting Nice in July.
Nice in July: What You Need to Know
What to expect
In July, Nice transforms into a vibrant hub, buzzing with life under the warm, sunny skies.
The city’s pebbled beach, with its stunning turquoise water, becomes a major attraction, and it’s always crowded – make sure to always book beach clubs in advance. As far as restaurants go, all of them are open this time of the year but it’s also important to make reservations to get a table.
Temperatures during this month are high and vary from around 21 to 28 degrees Celsius during the day, although since moving to Nice I’ve gotten the impression that summers are getting hotter and hotter every year.
Prepare for large crowds, and high temperatures but a lively, wonderful atmosphere.
Is July a good time to visit Nice?
July is a great time to visit Nice if you enjoy warm weather, vibrant cultural events, and a lively atmosphere.
However, be prepared for crowds and higher prices due to the peak tourist season. If you prefer a quieter and possibly cooler visit, consider other times of the year – May and September are my favorites.
